Kafka Para Sobrecarregados - Allan Percy (Kafka par Agobiados)

kafka pra sobrecarregados

When I bought this book (and Nietzsche para Estresados) in the beginning of 2015, I really felt overloaded and stressed to the extreme. My life was in the middle of a twister of professional uncertain and I couldn’t see light in the end of the tunnel. I remember to buy them because of that, because I was looking for anything, anything that could help me find some light.
Obviously, not only because of the lessons contained on the quotes of Kafka the things got better, but I’m sure that you can only extract what a book have on its best if you really are in disposition to learn the lessons contained on it. Maybe even because of it, when we re-read books we have that sensation of new things being presented. Simply because before that moment you were not ready to realise that detail.
Everything philosophic, but to me very effective too. And this series of books from Alan has this philosophic taste. The book does not present itself as a narrative, it’s organized in quotes by Kafka that Alan makes comments about with some story, or quotes from other authors. It’s really interesting to see if his interpretation of the quote is the same as yours. Most of the cases I agreed with him on the comments.
This books, as well as the other ones from this collection as made to be read slowly. The quotes and lessons contained on them need to be thought, digested before you go to the next page/lesson. Due to this fact, this was the book it took me most time to finish reading in 2015, I took months to do it, since I read the 99 pills presented on it little by little. Sometimes one on a day, sometimes none, sometimes two…the thing with this collection is to slow down. Don’t rush to finish it.
And by the way, this is the kind of book you can revisit any time, mainly if you’re felling overloaded. Stop, take it and ready some of the best pills with the best quotes again.
I loved the experience and I recommend it to all the ones in disposition of reflection and improvement of their own self.
