Ps Ainda amo vc

ps i still love you (2)
Well, first I would like to warn you that if you haven’t read For All Boys I’ve Loved Before and you are reading this text, you’ll definitely read some SPOILER since the beginning of this story implies knowing the end of the other book. So if you have not read the first but would still like to read, go to the blog and read only the review of the first volume. It will be much cooler to read the second without having the slightest idea of what will happen in it.

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before – digest

The story of the second volume begins with Lara Jean passionate, even if unintentionally, by Peter. Margot after discovering everything that happened in her absence and talking to Josh ends up not getting back together with him, and then she goes away to college in Scotland again. And Kitty gets a puppy for Christmas gift . (Kitty will start talking more with their neighbor, who starts to help her to tame the puppy, and this new friendship will lead to good stories for the family “Song”)
In the meantime, the only letter that had not been delivered to one of the boys Lara Jean was in love (John McLaren) finally arrives in the hands of the owner, who reappears in the story to spice up the love life of Lara Jean, since he was the boy she like the most ever.
And now Lara Jean will live one of the greatest dilemmas of his teenage life. Who does she really like? Peter or John?
This second and final volume, according to Jenny Han, is just completing a story she could not tell on a single volume. There were many boys to be presented and the latter, John, needed to have a majority part on this story. I understood this after reading. And that’s why she says there are only two books and that’s it. I Particularly liked the two and do not think a third volume fits in the story.

My opinion of the whole story, the two volumes, is that it is one of the cutest stories I’ve read so far. I even placed the first book in my list of top 5 best read books of 2015 because it was really a final finding of the year.
Talking to a friend, Ari, she also had the same impression that I did, that the book was sort of autobiographical in many parts. I hope that Jenny talks about it yet in some interview. I’m super curious to know, but it’s kind of impossible to not be autobiographical in several parts.
I loved the end, and loved even more Peter. I already added him to my list of literary crushes, definitely.
PS: The translation (to Portuguese) will be released by Intríseca later this month in Brazil – January 11, from what I saw, so if you can not read English also be aware that you’re currently able to buy it on pre-sale.
