Maze Runner Arquivos e Ordem de Extermínio – Josh Dashnner ( Files and Kill Order)

OBS: Estes livros são considerados extras da trilogia original de Maze Runner , Prova de Fogo e Cura Mortal Ou seja, se você não leu nenhum dos três não tem porque ler estes extras.

 

Os dois livros são extras da trilogia Maze Runner.
O livro de Arquivos contém vários reports e anotações sobre os experimentos feitos pelo CRUEL. Muitas das anotações são feitas durante os acontecimentos da trilogia, então é muito legal ler para saber pequenos detalhes do outro lado não visto da história.
Já o livro Ordem de Extermínio é mais complexo. Ele conta a história de vida de alguns personagens (Mark, Trina, Alex, Lana, e a menininha Didi) nos eventos que precendem a trilogia original, ou seja, ele vai contar sobre os acidentes solares que mataram grande parte da população mundial e da epidemia do vírus Fulgor que aconteceu em seguida.
É um livro muito interessante, o autor é um excelente escritor, mas dá dó dos personagens pois você meio que sabe que tudo não vai acabar bem se já tiver lido a trilogia original. Mesmo assim, achei que valeu super a pena e eu li super rápido.
A dúvida que fica ao final da história é se Didi seria Tereza. Porém em momento nenhum você tem alguma confirmação a respeito. Não sei se o autor já se manifestou a respeito disso, mas essa suspeita é enorme já que se você ler a trilogia original ficará tentando achar relações em tudo que acontece no prequel.

Both books are extras from the Maze Runner Trilogy.
The Files book contains various reports and notes on the experiments made by the W.I.C.K.E.D. Many of the notes are made during the trilogy events, so it’s very cool to read and learn small details not seen from the other side of the story.
But the Kill Order book is more complex. It tells the life story of some characters (Mark, Trina, Alex, Lana, and the little girl Didi) in the events that happen before the original trilogy starts, which means, it will tell about the solar accidents that killed much of the world population and The Flare virus epidemic that happened next.
It is a very interesting book, the author is an excellent writer, but you pity the characters because you kind of know that the story will not end well if you have already read the original trilogy. Still, I thought it was super worth and I read super fast.
The question that remains at the end of the story is if Didi would be Tereza. But at no time you have any confirmation about it. I do not know if the author has already said something about this, but this suspicion is huge because if you read the original trilogy you will for sure be trying to find relationships in everything that happens in the prequel.
