Camelot 3000 – Mike W. Barr & Brian Bolland

Para quem gosta da temática arthuriana, e para quem gosta de quadrinhos ou quer se aventurar no gênero essa é uma ótima história para tal.

Eu adoro histórias que envolvam o Rei Arthur, e como não sou uma pessoa muito ligada no mundo dos quadrinhos, então esta indicação veio do expert em quadrinhos daqui de casa, que é o meu marido.  Estou me aventurando no meio com as indicações dele. E essa foi um tiro certo.

A história é super interessante. Os acontecimentos se passam no ano 3000, ou seja, num cenário futurista, e a Terra está sendo invadida e em guerra. O Rei Arthur que estava dormindo em seu túmulo escondido é acordado e quando isso acontece todos os seus seguidores, que no ano de 3000 estão reencarnados em pessoas comuns da terra também são despertados. Na verdade, eles se lembram de suas vidas passadas e que eram determinada pessoa na época do Rei Arthur.

O legal da história é ver como cada personagem lida com essa descoberta, de ser uma reencarnação de um seguidor de Arthur. A grande surpresa fica por conta da personagem que faz Tristão. Ela rouba a cena.

Gostei muito e fiquei com aquele gostinho de só isso!? Quero mais! sabe…

Super recomendo, vale muito a pena.

For those who like the Arthurian theme, and for those who like comics or want to venture into the genre, this is a great story for that.

I love stories that are related to King Arthur, and since I’m not a very connected person in the comic book world, then this indication came from the comic book expert here in the house, who is my husband. I’m having his guidance in this world. And that was right shot.

The story is super interesting. The events happen in the year 3000, so in a futuristic scenario, and the Earth is being invaded and at war. King Arthur who was asleep in his hidden tomb is awake and when this happens all his followers, who in the year 3000 are reincarnated in ordinary people of the earth are also awakened. In fact, they remember their past lives, and that they were  King Arthur’s followers.

The cool thing about the story is how each character deals with this discovery, of being a reincarnation of an Arthur follower. The big surprise of the story is Tristan. She steals the scene.

I liked it a lot and I had that taste of  just this!? I want more! You know…

Super recommend it, it~s worth the reading.
