O erro – Elle Kennedy (The mistake)

Não sei se alguém lembra da história do primeiro livro desta sério, O acordo, mas lá nós conhecemos a história da Hannah e do Garret, e do meio pro fim dele nós ficamos sabendo que talvez um dos melhores amigos de Garret, que mora na mesma república, esteja apaixonado por Hannah.

Pois bem, este segundo livro vai contar a história deste amigo, John Logan. Ele realmente estava apaixonadinho por Hannah e então começa a tentar evitar sair junto com o casal ou mesmo ficar na república quando os dois estão juntos lá.

Numa tentativa frustrada de esquecer a namorada do amigo, Logan tenta sair com  o máximo de mulheres possíveis. E quando tenta chegar em mais uma das festas que frequenta acaba batendo por engano na porta de uma caloura da Briar.

Essa caloura é Grace, uma menina super ingênua, inexperiente e que fala demais quando fica nervosa. Grace sempre promete que irá se arriscar e tentar viver mais a vida, mas até agora não conseguiu cumprir com o prometido. Por isso quando ela se depara com um dos homens que acha mais bonito da faculdade toda em sua porta ela decide se por em risco e o convida pra entrar.

Como Logan se vê sem muita escolha ele acaba resolvendo ficar com Grace vendo um filme do que voltar para sua casa e ficar com o casal que ele menos quer ver. E nessa noite sozinhos os dois acabam dando um bons amassos.

Logan não consegue tirar Grace da cabeça depois disso e os dois acabam ficando novamente, porém Logan vai  confundir seus sentimentos acabar falando coisas muito duras para Grace num momento muito importante da vida dela.

Quando ele se dá por si, vê que cometeu o maior erro da vida dele, e então fará de tudo para tentar reconquistar Grace. Ao longo do livro iremos então acompanhar as várias provas de amor que ele tem que dar para tentar conseguir a confiança de Grace de volta.

EU ADOREI. Esse livro conseguiu ultrapassar de uma maneira radical o primeiro na minha preferência. Gostei tanto que já abri a Amazon e comprei o terceiro logo em seguida porque fiquei muito entusiasmada e queria muito saber a história do Dean e depois do Tucker, que estão nos livros 3 e 4. A esta altura, escrevendo isso eu já li a série toda e farei resenha de todos eles pois a série me conquistou e muito.

Opinião: Que 50 tons o que, essa série dá de mil no quesito romance, cenas quentíssimas e personagens super interessantes e bem construídos. Elle Kennedy me fez querer vários livros dela, e assim o farei.

 

I don’t know if anyone remembers the story of the first book of this series, The Deal, but in that book we get to know the story of Hannah and Garret, and from the middle of the end we learn that maybe one of Garret’s best friends  who lives in the same house, may be in love with Hannah.

Well, this second book will tell the story of this friend, John Logan. He really was in love with Hannah and then starts trying to avoid going out with the couple or even staying in their house when the two are together there.

In an unsuccessful attempt to forget his friend’s girlfriend, Logan tries to hook up with as many women as possible. And when he tries to arrive in another one of the parties he’s been going to, he ends up beating by mistake in the door of a Briar freshman.

This freshman is Grace, a super naive, inexperienced girl who talks too much when she gets nervous. Grace always promises that she will take the risk and try to live more, but so far she has not been able to keep her promise. So when she sees the most handsome college guy she knows at her door she decides to risk herself and invites him in.

As Logan sees himself without much choice he ends up staying and watching a movie with Grace rather than going back to his house and staying with the couple he least wants to see. And during this night the two end up making out a lot.
Logan can not get Grace out of his head after that and the two end up making out again, but Logan will confuse his feelings and end up saying very hard things to Grace during a very important moment in her life.

When he realizes he made the biggest mistake of his life,  he will do anything to get Grace back. Throughout the book we will give her proves of his love in order to get Grace’s confidence back again.

I LOVED IT. This book was able to radically overtake the first one in my preference. I liked it so much that I opened Amazon and bought the third soon after I finished the second because I was very enthusiastic and wanted very much to know the history of the Dean and after Tucker, that are in books 3 and 4. At this point, writing this I already read the entire series and I will post about them all because the series got me.

Opinion: 50 shades is nothing compared to this. This series is a thousand times better in romance, hot scenes and super interesting and well built characters. Elle Kennedy made me want to read several of her books, and I will.
