Este é um conto que vale totalmente a pena ser lido, já que ele é inteiro narrado sob o ponto de vista masculino + você pode lê-lo uma noite.

Eu demorei duas horas para terminar e, é claro, o texto me deixou querendo saber muito mais do que aconteceu com Morgan e Isla.

Morgan é um dos jogadores de Seattle, mas não sabemos muito sobre ele, pois ele não sai com os outros meninos do time muita frequência. (~~Então, pensei que um conto para falar da vida dele foi uma ideia brilhante~~!)

Seu pai se casou com uma outra mulher quando ele estava saindo para a faculdade, então ele nunca morou com sua “irmã de criação” Isla. Agora, depois de alguns anos, seu pai finalmente decidiu tirar sua lua de mel e pede a Morgan se ele poderia ficar alguns dias em sua casa com Isla, para que ela não se sentisse sozinha quando voltasse da faculdade para passar as férias de verão.

Morgan não vê nenhum problema nisso, principalmente porque Isla tem um namorado há anos. Mas quando esse mesmo namorado termina com ela por telefone, Morgan acaba sendo aquele que terá que ajudá-la a juntar os pedacinhos do seu coração partido.

No começo, ele não sabe exatamente o que fazer, mas como Isla o faz se sentir tão confortável quando está perto dela, eles acabam tendo conversas de mudança de mente e de vida, o que levará a alguns acontecimentos que mudarão suas vidas.

Você definitivamente tá vendo onde isso vai acabar, certo !?

Devo pontuar aqui que adorei as conversas e as experiências deles + o discurso do pai de Morgan no último capítulo. Eu ri tanto porque não esperava!

Enfim, pessoal, é uma novela que, se você estiver lendo os outros livros da série, também deve ler totalmente. Aposto que você vai acabar como eu, querendo que fosse um livro e não um conto. Maldita Kendall! Não faça isso com o coração dos seus leitores mulher hehe!

This is a short story that is totally worth reading, since is a full male POV + we can read it in a night.

I spent like 2 hours to finish it, and of course the text let me wanting to know sooo much more of what happened with Morgan and Isla.

Morgan is one of the Seattle’s players but we do not know much about him since he does not hang around with the other boys too frequently. (~~So, I thought a novella to speak about his love life was soo brilliant!)~~

His dad married another woman by the time he was leaving for college, so he never actually lived with this step-sister Isla. Now, after some years, his dad finally decided to take his honeymoon and asked Morgan if he could stay some days at their home with Isla so she doesn’t feel alone when she’s back from college to spend her summer vacation.

Morgan does not see any problem on it, specially because Isla has a boyfriend from years. But when this same boyfriend breaks up with her over the telephone, Morgan ends up being the one who will have to help her to pick up her heart broken pieces.

At first he will not know what do exactly, but since Isla makes him feel so confortable being around her, they end up having mind and life changing conversations which will lead to some life changing happenings.

You definitely see where this is going to end, right!?

I must say I loved their conversations and experiences + Morgan’s Dad speach in the last chapter. I laughed so much cause I didn’t see that coming.

Anyway, guys this a novella that if you are reading the other books from the series you should totally read too. I bet you will end up like me wanting this was a book rather than a novella. Damn Kendall! Don’t do this with our reader’s hearts hehe!
