Getting Hotter – Elle Kennedy #4 Out Of Uniform

Este é o 4o livro da série e tão bom quanto os anteriores. E nele iremos acompanhar a história de Seth e Miranda.

Seth é um dos SEALs e mora junto com Dylan. Os dois já apareceram nos livros anteriores, se não me engano no 2o livro, e no  3o livro.

Nós iremos descobrir que a quase um ano Seth está de olho em Miranda, pois ela trabalhava para sua mãe em Las Vegas como dançarina. Mas a alguns meses ela mudou-se pra LA para tocar uma escola de dança que a mãe de Seth montou por ela.

Seth a ajuda com tudo que ela precisa para se estabelecer na cidade com seu casal de gêmeos, e claro não perde a oportunidade de ficar tentando sair com ela. Só que Miranda não dá chance, pois diferente de outras mulheres ela sendo mãe sempre pensa que não vale a pena entrar em qualquer casinho  que não daria em nada. Mas claro, a atração está ali, ela só não se permite porque né, pra quem se incomodar?

Mas isso vai começar a mudar quando uma tempestade deixa o apartamento dela inundado e ela e os filhos precisam passar uns tempos na casa de Seth e Dylan. Com os dois vivendo sobre o mesmo teto o lance ali vai pegar fogo.

A única questão que pode impedir esse casal de dar certo é a grande aversão de Seth por crianças. Fica evidente pra gente que há alguma coisa na vida de Seth mal explicada para tal trauma existir, e sim descobriremos o que é até o final do livro. E vocês ficarão de queixo caído.

Quando Miranda fica uns tempos na casa de Seth e Dylan, Dylan acaba indo passar uma semana junto com Aidan (lembram do Aidan? Ele já apareceu no segundo livro do Hot& Heavy no conto de Matt e Savannah) e aí iremos acompanhar o que acredito ser o começo da histório do próximo livro, porque esses dois vão começar a se gostar. A gente vê q algo ali está nascendo sabe.

E é isso pessoal, teremos a conclusão da história de Seth e Miranda no final e iremos meio que ser deixados com um cliffhanger aí para saber o que raios vai acontecer entre Dylan e Aidan. Confesso que estou ansiosa para ler o próximo e terminar essa série. Os SEALs criados pela Elle conseguem conquistar e muito o nosso coração ao longo desses livros, fato.

This is the 4th book in the series and  it is as good as the previous ones. And in it we will follow the story of Seth and Miranda.

Seth is one of the SEALs and lives with Dylan. The two have appeared in previous books, I believe the second book, and  the third book.

We will discover that for almost a year Seth has been keeping an eye on Miranda, as she worked for her mother in Las Vegas as a dancer. But a few months ago she moved to LA to administrate a dance school that Seth’s mother opened.

Seth helps her with everything she needs to settle down in the city with her twins, and of course he doesn’t miss the opportunity to keep trying to hooking up with her. Only Miranda does not give a chance, because unlike other women, since she’s a mother she always thinks that it is not worth it to go into any little fling that would go nowhere. But of course, the attraction is there, she just doesn’t allow herself, because why bothering?

But that will start to change when a storm leaves her apartment flooded and she and her children need to spend time at Seth and Dylan’s house. With the two of them living on the same roof, their relationship is going to be on fire.

The only issue that can prevent this couple from working is Seth’s great aversion to children. It is evident to us that there is something in Seth’s life that is poorly explained for such a trauma to exist, and we will discover what it is until the end of the book. And you will be jaw-dropping.

When Miranda stays with Seth and Dylan for a while, Dylan ends up spending a week at Aidan’s (remember Aidan? He already appeared in the second Hot & Heavy book in Matt and Savannah’s story) and then we will follow what I believe to be the beginning of the story of the next book, because these two will start to like each other. We see that something is being born, you know.

And that’s it folks, we’ll have the conclusion of Seth and Miranda’s story at the end and we’ll kind of be left with a cliffhanger there to find out what the hell is going to happen between Dylan and Aidan. I confess that I am looking forward to reading the next one and finishing this series since the SEALs created by Elle manage to win a lot of our hearts throughout these books, a fact.
