Harry Potter e o Prisioneiro da Azkaban – JK Rowling ( Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban)

OBS: Isto é um texto de releitura e por isso poderá conter SPOILERS ao longo dele, já que estou comentando a obra como um todo e detalhes que percebi com a releitura. Se você ainda não leu Harry Potter, é melhor ler primeiro.

Relendo este livro não sei se pela 4a ou 5a vez agora depois de mais ou menos uns 5 anos, só tive mais certeza de que este é o livro que mais me toca de todos os 7. As partes que destaquei, que me emocionaram mais foram as mesmas de outras leituras, algo bem incrível já que nos dois primeiros eu destaquei coisas diferentes das primeiras leituras.

Motivos pelos quais Harry Potter e o Prisioneiro de Azkaban ainda continua sendo o meu livro preferido dos 7

1) Harry deixa de ser totalmente vítima dos Dursley e isso é tão legal. Ele odeia ficar com eles mas está cada vez mais percebendo que há um mundo lá fora pra ele além de todo prenconceito e mals tratos que recebeu nos primeiros anos de vida. Você vê isso claramente quando ele tentar barganhar com tio para ter o formulário de Hogsmeade assinado e quando ele perde a paciência com a Aunt Marge (como é em português o nome dele gente?) e a transforma num balão. Harry pega as coisas e dá no pé sem sentir remorso algum de estar indo praticamente para a rua. Ele considera qualquer coisa melhor que aquela casa. E pra mim tem toda razão.

2) Harry tem o primeiro professor legal e que realmente ensina coisas contra as Artes das Trevas. Relendo lembrei muito porque simpatizo tanto com ele. Coisa mais fofa ele defendendo o Neville do bullying do Snape na primeira aula que eles tem. E gente, eu sei que tem muita gente que adora o Snape, até admito que há motivos para isso, mas esse livro é a demonstração ferrenha de porque não consigo gostar dele. Ele bullyna o Neville sem o moloque ter feito nada para ele. Aí eu pergunto, você que sofreu bulllying quando tava na escola, vc faria isso com seus alunos se tivesse oportunidade? Eu nunquinha que faria, mas ele faz, e enfim, não consigo gostar dele, ainda mais depois de todo o escândalo que ele faz no final livro. Se ele não partisse dessa pra melhor como partiu certeza que ia morrer de câncer de tanta mágoa e raiva que guardou dos Marotos.

3)Hermione batendo no Malfoy. Tinha me esquecido o quão massa é ela fazendo isso. A cena do filme não faz jus a tudo que imaginei quando li isso pela primeira vez.

4)Cedric Diggory já é super mostrado nesse livro como bonzinho e coisa e tals. E eu não lembrava disso mesmo! Ele é super legal com Harry e tenta até cancelar a partida de quadribol que a Lufa Lufa havia ganhado porque não havia percebido que os dementadores haviam atacado Harry. Sério, coisa mais fofa! E veja bem, comecei a relembrar porque odeio tanto reler Cálice de fogo, especialmente o final. Mas isso fico pros próximos comments desse livro.

5) Sirius contando o porque de ter ficado são em Azkaban me corta o coração gente. Acho que foi nesse cena que ele me ganhou. Sou muito fãzinha dele. Fico imaginando alguém inocente sendo preso por trocentos anos sabe, imagina o sentimento…deve ser agonia pura.

6) Sério, a cena do espelho de Ojesed é foda, há outras cenas muito mais fodas na Câmara, mas a cena em que Sirius fala que é padrinho de Harry e convida-o pra morar com ele, cara, eu me emociono TANTO! Tô arrepiada escrevendo sobre isso. Me arrepiei lendo, me arrepio toda vez que leio, ou que lembro. É algo muito significativo pro Harry, e para mim. Ele finalmente se sente querido, aceito por alguém, pela família.

7) Harry achando que é o pai conjurando o patrono que o salvou e depois descobrindo que foi ele mesmo. Isso no início me deixava muito confusa, mas qto mais leio mais a teoria toda faz sentido pra mim. Eu tenho uma ideia de história que mexe com coisas de viagem no tempo e minha ideia foi muito baseada no que a JK propos em o Prisioneiro. (Aliás, eu adoro ver o Daniel Radcliff falando Expecto Patronum porque eu acho que ele faz exatamente como Harry faria na minha imaginação.)

8) Por último, aquela carta de Sirius explicando coisas pra Harry…gente, amor pra sempre por ele! Me ganhou #2 e me apaixoneu pela 4a ou 5a vez por ele relendo tudo.

Sério, não consigo entender pessoas que leem esse livro e não se apaixonam por esse mundo. É simplesmente demais…não tem como não apaixonar sabe.

Note: This is a re-reading of the book, therefore may contain SPOILERS along it, since I’m making comments about the whole book and details I noticed with the second reading. If you have not read Harry Potter, it is best to read it first.
Re-reading this book I don’t know if by the 4th or 5th time now after about 5 years, I only could be certain that this is the book that touches me the most of all the 7. The parties highlighted that touched me the most were the same of other readings, something pretty amazing since the first two I highlighted different things from the first readings.

Reasons Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban still remains my favorite book of 7

1) Harry is no longer a fully victim of the Dursleys and this is so cool. He hates being with them but he’s realizing that there is a world out there for him beyond all the prejudice and bad treatment he received in his early years of life. You see this clearly when he tries to bargain with Uncle Vernon to have the Hogsmeade form signed, and when he loses his temper with Aunt Marge and turns her into a balloon. Harry handles things and runs away feeling no remorse to be going to the street. He considers anything better than that house. And for me he is right.

2) Harry finally has the first Defence against the Dark Arts teacher who is really cool and teaches things . By re-reading I remembered a lot why I had sympathized with him. It was the cutest thing when he defended Neville from Snape’s bullying on the first class they had. And people, I know a lot of people who love Snape, and I admit that there are reasons for this, but this book is the fierce demonstration of the reason I can not like him. He bullies Neville without him do anything for him. Then I ask you, if you had suffered bullying when in school, would you do this with your own students if you had a chance? I never would do what he does, but he does, and anyway, I don’t like him even more after all the scandal he does in the end of this book. If he hadn’t died as he did I’m pretty sure he would have died of cancer due to all the hurt and anger that he kept about the Marauders.

3) Hermione beating Malfoy. I had forgotten how cool was to read she doing it. The scene of the film couldn’t capture everything I imagined when I read it the first time.

4) Cedric Diggory is already shown in this book as super nice and this kind of thing. And I couldn’t even remember that! He’s super nice to Harry and tries to cancel the Quidditch match that Hufflepuff had won because he had not realized that the Dementors attacked Harry. Seriously, the cutest thing! And see, I began to remember why I hate to re-read Goblet of Fire, especially the final. But the comments of this book is for another post.

5) Sirius telling why he stayed conscious in Azkaban breaks my heart, people. I think this was the scene he had me. I am a big fan. I wonder someone innocent being arrested for so many years you know, imagine the feeling … should be pure agony.

6) Seriously, the Mirror of Erised scene is awesome, and there are other scenes more awesome in the Chamber, but the scene where Sirius says he is Harry’s godfather and invites him to live with him, man, I get SO MUCH emotional! I’m shivery writing about it. Same reading it, and the shivers are present every time I read, or remember. It’s very significant to Harry, and me. He finally feels loved, accepted by someone, by the family.

7) Harry thinking he is the father conjuring the patron who saved him and then finding out that was himself. This at first made me very confused, but the more I read the more the whole theory makes sense to me. I have an idea of ​​a story that is related to travel in time things and my idea was a little based on what JK proposed in the Prisoner. (By the way, I love watching Daniel Radcliff talking Expecto Patronum because I think he does exactly as Harry would do in my imagination).

8) Finally, the letter from Sirius explaining things to Harry … people, love forever for him! He got me #2 and I fell in love for him for the 4th or 5th time by re-reading it all.

Seriously, I can not understand people who read this book and don’t fall in love with this world. It’s simply awesome …there’s no way you don’t fall in love by it.
